Liquefied Gas Pumping System Specs

Updated hydraulics and composition:

  • 8 – 55 gpm process flow at inlet conditions, 49.1 @ maximum outlet conditions after compression (0.56 SG)
  • 0.5 SG inlet density, 215 psig booster pump max operating inlet pressure
  • 250 max design inlet pressure (bullet tank PRV will be set at 250 psig)
  • Class 1, Div 2, outdoors, group D, T3 or T3C temp code

Injection Pump – Cold Weather Options

Pressure Lubrication system includes:

  • Rifle drilled crankshaft, rifle drilled conrods

  • Filter and gage housing w/high pressure bypass
  • Neodyne low oil pressure switch
  • Required synthetic oil
  • 110/220V 3—500 watt crankcase oil heater

Special Packing Oil Systems modifications:

  • Heat traced and insulated lube oil line
  • Insulation around perimeter of lubricator and 15 gal lube tank
  • Heat tape on the bottom of 15 gal oil tank and condensate drain petcock to keep condensation from freezing solid
