As a service to our customers, we offer used equipment on consignment. In a typical consignment arrangement, Alliance Truck and Tank serves as your agent to market the equipment and you as the seller retain ownership until it is paid for in full. After a specified period of time, if the equipment is not sold, the arrangement may be ended or renewed.
The equipment we sell on consignment is advertised to our database of approximately 2,500 propane dealers and oil/gas companies across the U.S. and Canada. We also feature all consignment equipment on our Used Equipment web page along with specs and other equipment details. In exchange for our services, we charge a fee based on a percentage of the sale price. Our consignment agreements are non-exclusive so you are free to pursue all other options you have to sell the equipment and are only obligated to reimburse Alliance Truck and Tank if a sale is made to a lead we provide.
